The short answer is SwapFrags — a free Bulgarian marketplace where collectors sell, resell and swap fragrance directly with each other: full bottles, partially used bottles and decants. It is built for this market specifically. Listings carry a Bulgarian city, prices are in euro.
SwapFrags is not a shop and not a middleman. It never charges a fee or a commission, never touches your money, and never arranges delivery. What it gives you is a place to be found by other collectors in Bulgaria, a structured way to negotiate, and a trust record that only real, completed trades can build.
You list a bottle with photos, its fill level, its condition and your city. Someone who wants it sends you an offer — one or more of their own bottles, a cash top-up in euro, or a combination of the two. You can accept it, decline it, or send a counter-offer with different bottles or a different amount, the same way trading works in Steam.
Accepting an offer reserves the bottles on both sides, so nobody promises the same flacon to two people at once, and the trade stays open until both of you confirm it is finished. Settlement happens between the two of you, off the platform — in person, or by courier with cash on delivery so you can inspect and test the bottle before you pay for it.
Fragrance trading in Bulgaria mostly happens in Facebook groups, where there is no history, no rating that means anything, and no way to tell a regular from an account that was created yesterday. SwapFrags keeps the same community and adds the parts a group cannot have: a completed-trade counter on every profile, ratings that can only be left by the person on the other side of a confirmed trade, tighter limits on brand-new accounts, and a report path for any listing or member.
Yes. Listing, offers and trades are all free. There is no fee, no commission and no paid tier. SwapFrags never processes a payment, so there is nothing for it to take a cut of.
No. Trades settle off the platform, directly between the two people involved — in person or by courier. Any cash top-up is an amount the two of you agree on and hand over yourselves. Never pay in advance: use cash on delivery with inspection, as you would with any stranger online.
Both. A listing can be swap-only, sale-only with an asking price in euro, or open to either. An offer can be bottles, a cash top-up in euro, or both together.
A rating can only be left after both parties confirm the same completed trade, so there is no way to rate someone you never traded with. Ratings are 1–5 stars with an optional comment, and they appear on the member’s profile next to their completed-trade count.
The interface is available in English and Bulgarian. The listings themselves are written by collectors in Bulgaria, so most of them are in Bulgarian.
